Blueberry Smoothie

Today was a good day. I slept in – woke up at 2 pm. After working 12 days I was completely exhausted. I made myself a blueberry smoothie and went out for a walk. A sunny Sunday indeed.


Blueberry Smoothie

Blend together 1 banana, 2 dl blueberries, 2 tsp peanut butter, almond milk, 2 tbs turkish yoghurt, 0.5 dl gluten free oats, a hint of vanilla powder and 1 tbs maca powder. Top with granola.

Since it’s Sunday I ate a heavenly chocolate granola which I bought from my favourite store Anton & Anton in Helsinki. The store is really nice, love their range of good quality food products and the staff is very helpful. I wish they would open up a store in Stockholm as well.

Otherwise I got a new phone and the camera is pretty good to be a phone camera. So pleased about that. The weather was absolutely amazing, Spring will come after all! One wouldn’t have guessed, after a long and dark winter. Spending time in the sun gives me so much energy, I just had to drag my boyfriend to the gym after my walk. Plenty of dead lifts later and I’m satisfied.
