Healthy fast food dinner
Gluten free avocado toast with halloumi and grated fresh turmeric. Falafel and kale fried in coconut oil on the side.
Today’s easy peasy dinner. Fresh, healthy and delicious. When I’m home alone I usually don’t spend a lot of time cooking dinner for myself. I want it fast and I want it now! Peculiarly after spending time at the gym.
I love avocado on toast, it’s so nice and creamy and a healthier option for butter. Fried halloumi on top and you’re good to go. Fried kale is another favourite, suitable with almost anything. Use coconut oil when frying to get those healthy fats your body needs.
