Smoothie parfait

OMG. Seriously!? This was the best smoothie I have ever had. Creamy, sweet and with so much flavour. Absolutely amazing. The Mango Maca Smoothie with its sweet caramel taste. The Raspberry Wheatgrass Smoothie with its taste of sour, and last but not least the Vanilla Chia Pudding. It’s really something extra. Better than candy. Better than coffee. Better than.. Everything else. I promise.

Three layers smoothie parfait

Layer 1 – Mango Maca Smoothie:

Ingredients:

1 small banana

1 dl frozen mango pieces

1 tbs maca powder

1- 1.5 dl almond milk

2 tsp peanutbutter

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on full speed. Use less almond milk for a thicker smoothie.

Layer 2 – Raspberry Wheatgrass Smoothie:

Ingredients:

1 small banana

1 dl frozen raspberries

A hint of vanilla powder

1-2 tsp wheatgrass

1-1.5 dl almond milk

Instructions:

1. Place all ingredients in the blender and mix, mix! You choose how much almond milk you use, use less fore a thicker smoothie.

Layer 3 – Vanilla Chia Pudding:

Ingredients:

1.5 dl soy yoghurt

1 tbs chia seeds

1/2 tsp vanilla powder

Instructions:

1. Blend all ingredients together with a spoon and put in the fridge until thick and creamy.

Pour one layer at a time into a smoothie jar. Place some gluten free oats between the layers.
