Bulletproof coffee

Today I had bulletproof coffee for the very first time. I must say I liked it a lot. It sure gave me well needed energy! I bought coconut oil flavoured with cinnamon and it’s really, really nice; a new favourite in deed. I also bought some raw chocolate and MSM powder.


One cup of coffee

1 tsp unsalted organic butter

2 tsp MCT oil

2 tsp coconut oil (cinnamon taste) 

This is how you do it:

  1. Prepare coffee in your coffee maker.
  2. Place butter, MCT oil and coconut oil in a blender and mix until combined. Add the coffee and mix until it gets white and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!



I apologize for the bad picture quality. I forgot to bring my camera with me to Finland. And it’s so dark this time a year. Gahh! Bring me some sun light, please!
