Lemon juice & Balsamico
- Toast the nuts in a dry frying pan.
- Cut half a halloumi into four to five pieces and fry in coconut oil until light brown.
- Place baby spinach, avocado, pine nuts and halloumi on a plate.
- Sprinkle some lemon juice and balsamico on the salad.
