This is a lovely, creamy Green Mango Kale Smoothie packed with vitamins. Thanks to the banana and mango the taste is pretty sweet. You can use kiwi fruit instead of mango and for an extra immune booster why not add a teaspoon of wheat grass or chlorella powder. This glass of pure, green deliciousness kick-starts my day!
Green Mango Kale Smoothie
1 banana or half an avocado
1 dl frozen mango pieces
A handful baby spinach and kale
2 tsp almond butter
2 tsp MCT-oil
2 dl natural soy yoghurt
A hint of almond-, coconut- or rice milk (The amount? Depends on how creamy you like it…)
- Place the ingredients in a blender and mix on high speed for a couple of minutes.
- Pour the smoothie into two small glasses and add some hemp and melon seeds.
