Chocolate Granola

I didn’t use that many ingredients when making this granola, i just used what I got at home. But it turned out super tasty! And yes I didn’t use any measurements either I just mixed everything up 😉 So this is only a roughly amount of what I used;

4 dl glutenfree Oats

1 dl pumpkin seeds

0.5 dl shredded coconut

1 dl coconut oil

0.5 dl coconut sugar and a little bit of agave

+dark chocolate & fresh dates

  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees celcius.
  2. Melt the coconut oil in a sauce pan on low heat. Add the coconut sugar and agave and stir.
  3. In a large mixing bowl mix oats, pumpkin seeds and shredded coconut.
  4. Pour the coconut oil over the dry ingredients and mix everything together.
  5. Bake in the oven for approx. 30 minutes. Stir the granola every 1o minutes.
  6. Let the granola cool down a bit before adding dark chocolate pieces and chopped, fresh dates.
  7. Store in an air tight jar.
