Chill morning

I’m chilling with a cup of coffee after my morning workout; 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes biceps & triceps. Woke up at 7 am, before my alarm went off, which doesn’t happen often. I felt high on energy and was eager to sweat so I drank some coffee and water and off I went. When you have a five minutes walk to the gym there’s no excuses.

The weather is absolutely lovely today, and has been the whole week. Later on I’m going for a walk but first I think I will try to make some raw food treats for the weekend. I feel like having some chewy chocolate peanut butter bites a la Snickers style. YES, just the thought of it makes me drool.

The beautiful red roses I got from my boyfriend last week is still blooming. We are celebrating five years this September ❤ Time flies.
