The early hours

Monday! I love waking up early, especially on Mondays. The stillness that comes with the sunrise – amazing. Sipping coffee in bed and smashing out a quick workout, a perfect start to a perfect day. My number one tip to becoming a morning person – go to bed earlier and as soon as the alarm goes off in the morning jump out of bed. Don’t think too much just do it!  You will become so much more effective throughout the day. Promise you.

Surely you might feel like crawling back to bed as soon as the alarm goes off at 5 am (or 6 am…) but NO- get up and splash some cold water into that beautiful face of yours and you’ll see that in a couple of minutes you’ll feel wide awake.  And hey, you’ll get to have breakfast 😉
