A green smoothie a day keeps the doctor away. My mantra, my belief. Give your body real food. Foods that are filled with nutrients and that help your body heal itself. Nourish your body, love your body. Your body is meant to feel strong, alive and filled with energy. You’re meant to move your body; stretch, run, jump, dance, walk, lift, spin around.

Be grateful for having a living, breathing body that makes it possible to do all the things you wish to do. You’re capable of so much. More than you ever dare to imagine. Don’t let negative thoughts take over your mind. Be aware of them, and then peacefully, let them go. They don’t serve you. They don’t push you forward. Our mind is a beautiful and powerful tool. Don’t let the mind rule you, instead, rule your mind. Rule your life. And while you’re at it, enjoy a green smoothie.
